Availability
When you can reach me
Day sessions
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:30pm, in person in Ilford or online.
Evening sessions
Monday to Thursday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm. These slots fill quickly, so ask early.
Replies
Emails and texts are answered within 24 business hours. I cannot take calls during sessions.
Cancellations
Let me know at least 48 hours ahead and we will rearrange your slot at no charge.
